Precalculus

Precalculus is designed to better prepare our students for Advanced Placement Calculus courses.  We have enhanced the standard precalculus course with additional and extended topics.  The additional materials include more proofs and justifications for selected methods, further examples of applications for some topics, extensions of some methods to cover more cases, explanations of the connections between various topics, alternative methods of solving some problems and some new topics with an emphasis on building the reasoning skills for calculus.
