2026 Pre-College Semiconductor Summer Program
The 2026 Pre-College Semiconductor Summer Program is a residential, five-week program designed for rising high school sophomores and juniors, as well as graduating high school seniors interested in exploring careers in the Semiconductor field. This program aims to inspire students and introduce them to careers in the semiconductor industry, specifically in Engineering Science or Electromechanical Technology. Enrolled students are afforded the opportunity to get a head start on their college educational pathways and participate in field trips to various four-year colleges/universities and corporations.
The program runs from July 8 to August 11, 2026. During this time, students will enroll in eight transferable college-level credits and participate in tutorial and study sessions. Students will also participate in educational and career-focused field trips. They will visit four-year academic institutions and leading companies that manufacture innovative semiconductor equipment, offering valuable opportunities to network with educators and industry professionals.
Best of all, the program is FREE. Accepted students will receive a scholarship that covers tuition and fees, room and board, and books and supplies. Additionally, program participants will receive a $1,000 stipend upon completing the program.
