Second annual, STEM Saturday, on May 9th a Truly Immersive
educational experience specially designed for high school students curious
about the world of medicine and science. This is an opportunity for your-select
female junior and senior students to spend a day at Northwell’s cutting-edge medical facilities,
where they will gain firsthand insights into the dynamic fields of science, technology,
engineering, and mathematics (STEM) as they intersect with Orthopedic
healthcare.
What to Expect:
• Career Exploration: Participate in lectures, panels and discussions with healthcare leaders. Explore the myriad career paths within orthopedic healthcare, including roles in research, engineering, clinical practice, and administration.
