Volunteer for St. Jude
On behalf of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, I am writing to share an exciting leadership training and community service opportunity for students at Staten Island Technical. Since its inception in 2017, the St.Jude Leadership Society (SJLS) has attracted high performing high school students and young collegiates who share a passion for leadership, service and community. During a six-month period, members participate in a series of leadership seminars, and raise funds and awareness for children of St. Jude. Upon completion, selected members will be invited to complete their training in Memphis during the St. Jude NextGen Experience event. This year, SJLS raised over $600,000.
