Through the “Milestone Program”, students will enter a detailed and prescribed training plan aimed at providing them with hands-on experience at every position in both the front and back of the house with further development in training and supervisory positions, in one of our restaurants.
The goal is to provide these students with a well-rounded perspective of what it takes to run a successful restaurant and encourage them to continue their professional aspirations up to the manager level and beyond.
