Princeton University: IgniteSTEM In-Person Design Challenge

This is an organization dedicated to transforming K-12 education with STEM educators and leaders like you, through innovative approaches found in hackathons, design thinking, and maker spaces. This year, IgniteSTEM is holding a FREE In-Person Design Challenge on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at Princeton University for high school students.

Our theme for the design challenge this year is Urban Upgrade where participants will focus on using design thinking approaches to tackle real-world issues related to smart cities and will feature exciting workshops and activities. Aside from receiving exposure to design thinking, participants will also be paired with current Princeton students for mentorship during the event. Exciting prizes like Raspberry Pis, Amazon Echos, headphones, and more will be awarded to winning teams, and there will be a raffle at the end of the event.

Student registration is super simple: just fill out this quick form https://princetoneclub.typeform.com/to/KWQ3fAlB!

We encourage students to team up with others in their area so they can collaborate if they wish, but we will also help facilitate teams for those who register individually!
