The Staten Island Technical High School PTA invites you to participate in the compete for a being awarded by the PTA. You have about 2 weeks to write and submit your essay.
The essays of 10 graduating seniors will be chosen for this award based on the following criteria:
- the applicant must be a graduating senior in the SI Tech HS Class of 2022

Essay Question: Discuss an event or moment that sparked a period of personal growth or a new understanding of yourself or others.
Note: A committee of non-graduating parents on the PTA Executive Board will read the essays and select the winners. Student names will be removed from all essays by school staff before the essays are forwarded to the PTA Scholarship Committee.
