Mindfulness & Meditation: Set your intention for the day or week ahead of you. Relax through a guided meditation led by trained S.I. Tech faculty members. Learn how to control your thoughts, improve your focus, relieve anxiety, and cultivate gratitude and kindness.
Morning/Afternoon Workout with Mindfulness Integrated: A morning weight training and calisthenics routine is a great way to start your day. It increases your blood flow, gives you energy and can be therapeutic. Our goal is to help you relax and enjoy your morning exercise. We will practice breathing, weight training and building your cardiovascular endurance. We’re looking forward to working with you!
