Dear Parents & Guardians,
It has been brought to our attention that morning drop-off on Allison Avenue & Lindbergh Avenue has been challenging and difficult certain mornings. Often times, there is a buildup of vehicles double-parking and/or remaining idle after their child exits the vehicle, causing a backup and potentially unsafe situation.
LINDBERGH AVENUE DROP-OFF: (See picture)
We ask that parents/guardians pull up to the curb, as close as possible to the Clawson Street intersection on Lindbergh Avenue, to drop off their children. We also ask that the active driveway, by the handball courts, not be blocked, or used as a drop-off point. Doing so will allow for a safe drop-off and expedited departure.
ALLISON AVENUE DROP-OFF: (See picture)
We ask that parents/guardians pull up to the curb, as close as possible to the Colgate Place intersection on Allison Avenue, to drop off their children.
Safety for our students & faculty is of the utmost importance and we thank you in advance for your cooperation with this matter. If you have any other concerns or suggestions, please reach out to me via email at [email protected] or via phone at 718-667-3222, Ext 1191.
Sincerely,
Mr. Erlenwein
Principal
