9:00 — Museum staff arrive for set up
11:00 a.m. - 12: 00 p.m. – Students arrive and set up inventions
12:15 – Welcome/Opening remarks
12:30 - 1:45 – Judging/ Luncheon Reception
2:00 - 3:00 – Winners will be announced, and awards presented to inventors
